The PC-DMIS scanning module, combined with the Hexagon X1 two-in-one sensor (scanning and triggering), can scan the surface of the workpiece, and can complete the collection of hundreds of points in a few seconds, increasing the efficiency several times.

1. Grating installation method The thermal expansion coefficient of the grating is certified by PTB. When assembled, one end is fixed.The other end can expand and contract freely with temperature changes.	2. Photo-pneumatic balance technology Advanced pneumatic balancing technology with flexible suspension system, plus Patented damping balancing mechanism improves the dynamic characteristics of the machine and enhance the safety of the Z-axis.
3. Integral dovetail guide rail The integrated dovetail guideway improves the running accuracy of the whole machine.	4. Active bridge structure The advanced movable bridge structure provides a more open measurement space.
5. High precision air flotation system Preloaded air bearings are used on each shaft to eliminate the effects of friction and running wear on the machine, and are insensitive to on-site dust.	6. Standard Process The heavy and stable overall granite table reduces the impact of vibration, and the flatness of the table meets the DIN876 standard.
7. Remote placement of the drive motor The remote placement of the motor reduces moving mass, increases speed, and avoids the impact of motor heat on machine performance.	8. High-precision triangular beam technology Precision triangular beam TM (TRICISIONTM) beam design, lower the center of gravity, while lighter than other forms of beams with equal width bearing span.
